In the Ted Emanuel interview, Chondriana (also spoken as kriana) are described as synthesized from human genetic material, identical to bacteria from 3.5 billion years ago, and framed as ancient immune precursors. The Sumer Tech PDF calls Chondriana a single-cell eukaryote and the first pre-embryonic step in a cosmology that runs from “cosmiana” through mitochondria to mammalian life. Those are statements in the record, not identifications.

Several compiled pages state that Life Crystal does not contain Chondriana and cannot induce it, and they warn about counterfeit products that claim otherwise. In the same corpus, the Ted Emanuel interview says Life Crystals stored life energy and enabled synthesis of Chondriana from human genetic material. Secondary pages then braid the two names into one commercial story.
What this archive can stand behind. The contradiction is documented. The resolution is not. This exhibit records both wordings. It does not describe how to prepare, mix, or administer either product.

Exhibit 3. Clinic and cure language stays a claim
Ted Emanuel interview; Aether Force Life Crystals & Chondriana
The interview claims intravenous Life Crystals restore circulation and eyesight in diabetics, and that more than 100 clinics in about 40 countries use Life Crystals or Chondriana for otherwise untreated disease. Secondary articles escalate that into 100% response for cancer and HIV/AIDS. Those sentences are extraordinary health claims copied through the web, not trial results filed in this archive.
What this archive can stand behind. No independent clinical study, hospital protocol, or outcomes registry is present in the recovered sources. The dossier therefore refuses treatment how-to: no dosing, no routes of administration as instruction, no substitute for a physician.

Exhibit 4. What later reporters said they received

A secondary report, reprinted by Gary Null and WeMustKnow, says foundation investigators purchased Life Crystals and Chondriana and received live gram-negative bacteria instead. The same pages say Merkl denied sending Chondrianas, that physicians reported similar substitutions, and that a promised sample for Lida Mattman never arrived after a year.
What this archive can stand behind. This is a secondary report chain, not a lab notebook from this archive and not a regulator’s finding. It is kept because it is part of how the story traveled, and because it conflicts with the 100% response claims. Hungary’s Gazdasági Versenyhivatal found that Avalon Team Kft. misled consumers by attributing medicinal effects to dietary supplements including Életkristály (Life Crystal), Vivax, Metabol, and Oxitarm. The Competition Council ordered the conduct stopped, required corrective statements, and imposed a 30 million HUF fine. The decision reproduces marketing copy that includes a recommendation attributed to Dr. George Merkl. A 2006 follow-on decision, Vj-28/2006, traces later corporate relationships around BioKFit Natura and BioTime.

What this archive can stand behind. Upload dates of YouTube lectures are archival anchors, not event dates. Missing pages are recorded as missing, not as secret proof. Until primary civil-registration, patent-number, and laboratory records enter the provenance log, those biographical and technical numbers stay unverified.
